We ask for notification via email to email@example.com of your intention to return a purchase, within 2 WEEKS of receiving it.
We do not refund in cash, but will refund with store credit to the value of the purchase price of the item, EXCLUDING the delivery costs.
We accept returns on all products except items bought on sale as well as custom made orders. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask that our customers only send the item back to us via registered mail or courier (we can provide this service for R80). Long Jean Silver will not be held liable for items lost in the mail.
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, used or scratched etc.
